There are two basic teeth whitening systems that are popular. With the take home tray system, you do the teeth whitening yourself at home, with custom trays that we make for you, and under the dentist's supervision. With Zoom whitening, it's done in the office and we do everything for you. If you want your teeth their whitest, we recommend the take-home trays. There is less sensitivity, you can continue to whiten until the teeth are as white as you want, and it is less expensive.

Some people get excited after being through a Zoom Whitening session, because their teeth are so white. But this whiteness comes mostly from the dehydrating effect this method has on your teeth, and within a few days they will darken considerably.
